Keeping busy on Buy Nothing Day

Keeley and I worked really hard to keep ourselves busy today in honor of BUY NOTHING DAY. We went to the dog park early in the morning when it was only 19 degrees outside. We took a mid-day nap. We baked cupcakes. We washed dishes. We took a walk around our neighborhood. And in the evening, the Dad and Ryan came over to visit. It might not sound like a lot of work, but trust me, it was. See, I like shopping a lot and I really like shopping for other people. I sure am lucky to have Keeley around to distract me and help me avoid temptation.
