Words that Keeley knows

I’m always amazed by how smart Keeley is. I was thinking about all the words or phrases that he knows. Here’s a list:

Sit, Down, Here, On, Off, Inside, Outside, Bench, Come, Bird, Squirrel, Potty, Glove, Liver, Water, Mama, Dad, Erin, Ryan, Robbie, Sandy, Romare, Mailman, Somebody, Poop, Enough, Mine, Okay, Flossie, Bone, Treat, Train, Truck, Bus, Motorcycle, Jump, Home, Puppy, Excellent, Bedtime, Worm, Park, Walk, Kiss, Play, Cookie, Ouch, Good-bye, Parkway, Ice cube, Dog park, Pet store, I’m coming, No marking, Get easy, Leave it, Let’s go, All gone, Wait for mama, Get it, Look Look, This way, Big stretch, I have to go to work, Walk nice, See you later, Good boy, You win, Ready set go....

We always talk to him and name everything. So, I’m sure there’s more that I’m missing, but that’s all I can think of right now.

Also, just because he knows a command, it doesn’t mean he’s necessarily going to do it everytime. For example, I’m certain that he knows what “come” means but he’s not going to drop what he’s doing to come running. First, he’ll look at me to see if I need him or if I’ve got some thing in my hand for him. He’s a smart guy and he’s definitely got a mind of this own.
